I opened my State Farm agency in 2011 after working as a sales representative in the transportation industry. I always wanted to own my own business, and becoming a State Farm Agent gave me the opportunity to build something of my own while helping people protect what matters most. I’ve been married for 31 years and have two children, and family is a big part of what matters to me.
Giving back to the community is important to me, and I’m proud to support multiple local schools and organizations. I believe in being involved in the communities we serve and making a positive difference wherever we can.
My agency offers PTO, starting with five days in your first year and increasing to ten days in your second year, along with a $50 monthly contribution toward life insurance. I want to create a workplace where people can learn, grow, and feel supported.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Chad Winn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
